Booth Setup: 10:00 AM – 11:45 AM (Day 1)
Please ensure your booth is ready before 12:00 PM.
Group Photo: 11:30 AM (Day 1) – All Participating Artists
Closing Group Photo: 10:00 PM (Day 2) – All Participating Artists
Artist Assets
Submit your Official GTIF Artist Poster using the organiser’s template.
Template will be provided after registration.
Submission Deadline: 24 October 2026
Social Media Reveal: 6 November 2026, 8:00 PM
Artists must publish the poster on the scheduled date and tag:
@georgetownillustrationfestival
@journalgeorgetown
Booth Info
Booth Fee: RM150 (2 Days) + RM50 (Deposit)
Deposit will be refunded within 5 working days after the festival, provided all rules are followed.
Booth fees are non-refundable once registration is confirmed.
Booth Size: 120cm × 45cm
Poster & Artwork Usage
By submitting the Official GTIF Artist Poster, the artist grants GTIF permission to use, reproduce, publish, print, and display the artwork for festival promotion, marketing, social media, website, printed materials, press releases, and future GTIF publicity.
Rules
Booths must remain open throughout festival hours.
Early pack-up is not allowed without organiser approval.
Booth sharing is not permitted without approval.
Only original artworks may be displayed or sold.
Artists are responsible for their own artworks and personal belongings.
GTIF is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
Media & Promotion
By participating, artists agree that GTIF may:
Photograph or film artists, booths, and artworks.
Use submitted posters, artworks, photos, videos, and artist information for promotional purposes.
Repost GTIF-related content shared by participating artists.
Organiser’s Rights
The organiser reserves the right to refuse or remove any participant whose behaviour, displayed content, or activities are inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, or inconsistent with the festival’s values.
Damage & Liability
Artists are responsible for any damage caused to the venue, furniture, equipment, or festival property through negligence or misuse.
Force Majeure
The organiser shall not be held responsible for any cancellation, postponement, or changes to the festival due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or other unforeseen events.
